Holistic Approach & Innovative Programs
Dr. Tennant believes that wellness encompasses more than physical health—it includes the way we relate to ourselves and others. Partnering with Bruce Dougherty, she co-develops innovative, interactive programs that help individuals understand their attachment styles, communication patterns, and core values. These programs are designed to be both educational and transformative, supporting personal insight and behavioral change within our relationships.
Philosophy & Personal Touch
“I believe we are not at the mercy of our genetics or our past. I talk about the power of fruits and vegetables every chance I get—and I believe healthy relationships are just as important as healthy habits.”
Dr. Tennant approaches every aspect of her work through the principles of authenticity, responsibility, consistency, and acceptance. Music moves her, dancing brings her joy, and personal growth remains a lifelong commitment.
